The Office Administrator must be able to work independently, under tight deadlines and handle a wide variety of tasks and confidential matters with discretion.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Receptionist duties, including but not limited to answering and re-directing telephone calls, handling correspondence, communicating with regulatory authorities and clients and welcome office guests.
• Act as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
• General administration duties: manage office supplies and maintain documents and office records.
• Responsible for keeping the contracts registry and update the status of projects.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate issuance of invoices, follow-up on payment procedures, and maintaining financial documentation.
• Assist the team in the preparation of reports.

Requirements for the position:
• Diploma/degree in Secretarial or other business field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Time management skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, team spirit.
• Professional and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT.
• Prior experience in a similar role will be taken in to consideration.

Requirements for the position:
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (member of ETEK).
• At least 5 years previous experience in similar position.
• Expert knowledge and experience in the following Electrical design areas: Power, Lighting & Emergency Lighting, Small Power and Data, Fire alarms, CCTV & Intruder Alarms, MV/LV Power Distribution, Containment and BMS.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Autocad, Dialux, REVIT.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek languages.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Capable of taking the lead on projects with minimal input from management.
